HCME gives high praise to dealers with prestigious London awards ceremony
Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) hosted a celebratory awards dinner for members of its European dealer network in London on 10 October. The theme for the occasion was “Customer trust: our shared mission”, in recognition of the manufacturer’s shared aim with its dealers to become a true solutions provider. A total of nine awards were presented during the evening at the spectacular high-level Tower Bridge Walkways.
The sales performance of dealers was highlighted to celebrate increases in market share in various machine categories and improvements in market position in each territory. Winners of the ‘Dealer Performance Award’ included: members of the Italian dealer network (SCAI, KMI, WR57, Franco Clo, Salomoni, Comac and Massucco T) for mini excavators; Luyckx (Belgium) for crawler and wheeled excavators; and Moviter (Portugal) for wheel loaders. Utirom Invest Srl from Romania won the Dealer Performance Award for Eastern Europe.
Recognising success across Europe
There were further accolades for those who have increased customer usage of the remote monitoring system, ConSite – won by Norwegian dealer Nasta – and a new Marketing Award presented to Swiss dealer Probst Maveg. Spanish dealer HJM celebrated its performance in the provision of key services with two award wins – the Parts Excellence Award and the Rent2Rent Award. To welcome new additions to the HCME dealer network, Valkon of Hungary and Synergy Hire in the UK were also presented with special awards.
HCME CEO Francesco Quaranta said: “Congratulations to all the award nominees and winners, and thank you to everyone who joined us in London to celebrate our achievements together.
“Occasions such as this are vital to recognise the trust, commitment and collaboration of our dealer network. Their dedication to supporting our loyal customer base with outstanding parts and service levels, as well as innovative financial and rental solutions is truly commendable.
“Winning customers’ trust has become our joint mission, and together we will continue to deliver innovative machines and tailored solutions that meet the needs of the evolving construction industry.”
