A GOLFETTO SANGATI MILL PRODUCES THE FLOUR FOR FICO EATALY WORLD

FICO Eataly World was recently inaugurated just outside Bologna, Italy. The project, as says Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly and honorary president of FICO, will be “the largest theme-park in the world for enogastronomy”. An ark on the biodiversity of Italian agro-foodstuffs, with a route that will go from cultivation to production, through 40 artisan factories, up to the finished product.

Casillo S. p. A., leader in the cereal milling with a production capacity of 2 million tons per year, had the honour of representing Italy and its entire milling sector by creating at FICO a durum wheat mill for the production of 1,000 kg of semolina per hour.

Golfetto Sangati, the symbol of Made in Italy in the world and Italian leader in the production of machinery and equipment for cereals milling, has been chosen by Casillo for this very important project.

Golfetto Sangati is now ready to show its working technology to the 5 million visitors per year expected at this permanent exhibition.
