New SENNEBOGEN telehandler with 6 t load capacity
With the new 360 G, SENNEBOGEN is launching a telehandler that is perfectly suited for industry. The robust construction, in combination with a load capacity of 6 t, an impressive stacking height of 8.5 m and the comfort cab that can be raised continuously to a viewing height of 4.25 m, make the machine a unique helper in all industrial applications. The new generation of the G-Series sets standards in terms of user-friendliness and service-friendliness.
The 6 t telehandler, SENNEBOGEN 360 G, which was presented at bauma, belongs to the new generation of machines, the G series, and is a new edition of the proven 5.5 t telehandler 355 E. The further development shines with various technological innovations. It is not only the impressive performance data that attracts attention – the speeds of the work functions have been improved by up to 50% – but also the completely redesigned comfort cab, which shines with a new operating concept. As with all machines of the new generation, special attention was also paid to the further optimisation of serviceability.
Compact and powerful for industry: telehandler with 6 tons load capacity
SENNEBOGEN telehandlers are known for combining the respective advantages of telehandler and wheel loader technology in a robust and intelligent way. The term SML-Power stands for the best power transmission thanks to the Z-kinematics familiar from the wheel loader as well as the multifunctional use of the machine thanks to a variety of attachments and the manoeuvrability of the telehandler concept. Thanks to its robust steel construction, it achieves an impressive stacking height of 8.5 m and a load capacity of an impressive 6 tonnes with its compact dimensions of 5.79 m long and 2.55 m wide. With its long wheelbase of 3.31 m and the low centre of gravity of the entire machine at an operating weight of 12.5 tonnes, the new SENNEBOGEN 360 G is more reliable than any other.
Reliability and durability in demanding multi-shift operation
The fact that the 360 G is robust down to the last detail is demonstrated on the one hand by the high-strength, solid steel construction of the basic machine. The telehandler is equipped with a heavy-duty heavy-duty axle as standard, which is particularly suitable for heavy loads in industry. In addition, the well thought-out design of the boom ensures that the body can optimally absorb the forces that occur. This also ensures reliability and durability in the demanding multi-shift operation that is common in industrial applications. The powerful working hydraulics and the instantaneous signal processing between the joystick and the main control block guarantee sensitive work with all hydraulic functions of the machine – for shorter cycle times and better handling performance. In order to be equipped for a wide range of applications, the auxiliary hydraulics with a delivery of up to 180 l/min. for easy and quick connection of the attachments is included as standard.
Clever powertrain and optimum engine
The 360 G is equipped with a modern 123 kW diesel engine with Stage V emissions. The travel drive is generously supplied with power at all times thanks to the coordinated unit of diesel engine and hydraulic pump. Thanks to the intelligent control system, the traction motor automatically ensures that the system is optimally adjusted. When driving quickly on the road at maximum speed, the engine speed lowers by itself. This ensures the best driving dynamics with economical consumption at the same time. For mastering an incline or picking up heavy material, on the other hand, the machine automatically works with a high torque. The high speed as well as 91kN strong pulling and pushing force ensure fast work cycles. Together with the reduced fuel stops, the 360 G therefore ensures maximum productivity, even in tough continuous use.
Multicab comfort cab with new operating concept
The new Multicab cab of the SENNEBOGEN 360 G enables concentrated and relaxed work thanks to an operating concept that adapts individually to the driver. A central touch display replaces conventional toggle switches and allows intuitive settings according to personal preferences. Protected from noise and vibrations, the driver can concentrate fully on his work. The excellent visibility and ergonomically arranged, resonating controls ensure an optimal working environment. Numerous storage options, modern connections (USB, 12 V, 24 V) and the standard air conditioning make working a personal comfort experience.
The standard cab elevation to a visibility height of 4.25 m is an absolutely unique selling point of the SENNEBOGEN telehandlers. This gives the driver the best visibility when loading into containers or trucks. In addition, the large window elements without B-pillar ensure increased safety when working and manoeuvring, as the driver has a 360-degree all-round view and all four tyres in view without any problems thanks to the large windows and the raised seating position.
Various attachments, equipment options and tyre variants
With the new, larger machine size, SENNEBOGEN is primarily addressing customers from industry and the demanding material handling or recycling sector. At the touch of a button, a wide variety of attachments, from buckets to hydraulic or mechanical pallet forks, can be operated or worked in trailer operation. Depending on the application, the 360 G, like all SENNEBOGEN machines, can be configured as desired: The selection of equipment options is extensive and ranges from bulletproof glass roof windows to additional sockets for front-mounted implements and different tire variants.
In addition, the machine has proven to be particularly service-friendly, as the SENNEBOGEN 360 G offers the highest service intervals in the product category. In addition, accessibility to all components has been further improved by the removable side plate of the motor nacelle.
