Industrial telehandler 360 G in endurance test

The collaboration between Hündgen Entsorgung and SENNEBOGEN began several years ago with a test operation of the 355 E – today, the green telehandlers are firmly established in the company’s daily operations. What began as a rental machine quickly developed into a partnership: Following the successful testing of the 355 E, a 340 G with an identical configuration followed – also on a hire-purchase basis – and currently a 360 G is in test operation at the Swisttal site.

State-of-the-art sorting system

Hündgen Entsorgungs GmbH & Co. KG looks back on over 75 years of company history. Since its founding in 1949, the company has developed into a nationwide expert in logistics, sorting services, the recycling of recyclable materials from mixed waste, and the production of refuse-derived fuels and recyclates. The state-of-the-art sorting facility in Swisttal processes lightweight packaging waste from approximately 3 million households . Hündgen also operates a container service with approximately 1,000 containers and two regional recycling centers.

Loading of 23.4 tons per 15 minutes

The 360 G operates 20 hours a day , spread across three shifts . The importance of a reliable and powerful machine is particularly evident in compaction and loading . A key objective at Hündgen: to load at least 21 tons of material in 15 minutes. The 360 G significantly exceeded this target – with 23.4 tons per 15 minutes, it proves itself to be an extremely efficient assistant in the demanding handling process.

Exhaust aftertreatment with particulate filter and AdBlue system

The decision to go with SENNEBOGEN was based on the positive experience with the previous model, the 355 E. Even back then, the telehandler impressed with its reliable exhaust aftertreatment system, featuring a particulate filter and AdBlue system – a significant advantage over comparable machines from other manufacturers, which repeatedly experienced problems. This strength is also evident in the current 360 G: The technology runs reliably and requires little maintenance in demanding recycling operations.

More comfort for the driver

Compared to previous models, the 360 G offers additional advantages: more efficient work, greater speed, and time savings in the process. With a load capacity of up to 6 tons and a lifting height of up to 8.5 meters, the telehandler also offers plenty of reserves for demanding tasks. The elevating cabin also helps the driver maintain a clear overview and work ergonomically – neck pain is now a thing of the past.

“With the elevating cabin, I work much more relaxed – no more neck pain at the end of the day.”

Three-shift operation: Time savings in the handling process

With the 360 G, Hündgen Entsorgung is testing a machine that sets new standards in terms of performance, reliability, and operator comfort . Previous experience in three-shift operation speaks for itself: The telehandler fits the application profile and efficiently supports the processes – a future-proof solution for a modern recycling operation.
