The TB-42 radial telescopic warehouse stacker offers a unique material handling solution to provide a fully agile direct feed stacker (fed by wheel loaders) and is specifically designed to work in the confines of a warehouse, where mobility is key.

Utilise all areas of warehouse

Traditionally the stockpile height would be restricted to the maximum reach of the ‘grain-pusher’ used to stockpile. The key difference in using the TS42 warehouse stacker, is that the full capacity of the warehouse is utilised, even in areas with a restricted stockpile height. Stockpiles heights of 12.66m (41ft 7”) can be achieved.

Higher Quality Product

Degradation and compaction, caused by traffic driving over the material, affects the quality and value of the product and increases the fines / dust in the material and is removed. The radial stacker also removes the potential contamination of fuel by removing the need for the wheel loaders having to drive over the product.

A Safer Warehouse

The use of the TS42 Radial Warehouse Stacker when compared to the grain pusher for example, ensures the warehouse is a much safer environment with the reduced use of equipment and people needed to keep the operation running. The ability to run from the onboard panel or control tower ensures easy operation.
