Knowledge That Drives Service Excellence
Investing in knowledge is key to delivering reliable service and long-term performance. Recently, Jacob Jensen, Service Technician at Port Trade, completed an intensive three-day E-Crane training program conducted by Training Specialist Peter De Smet.
The training combined classroom learning at the E-Crane Academy with practical experience during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a new machine in the workshop. Covering the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fundamentals of an E-Crane, the program provided a comprehensive understanding of the machine and its operation.
By strengthening technical expertise and machine knowledge, the training equips service personnel to provide even stronger maintenance support and field service assistance to customers.
The program concluded with the official presentation of the E-Crane Training Certificate by CEO Lieven Bauwens and Service Manager Nadia De Smet, recognizing Jacob’s successful completion of the training.
We are pleased to welcome Jacob to the growing network of trained E-Crane service professionals and look forward to his contribution in supporting customers in the field.
