Maximising Stockpile Heights in a Warehouse Application of Cereal Products

Telestack’s TS 42 radial telescopic conveyor is one of the most cost efficient and effective ways of stockpiling dry bulk material in the marketplace.

Its versatility, operational performance and ease of use make it commonplace in quarries, mines, stockyards and warehouses alike across a broad range of commodities. The success of the unit is particularly evident in the warehouse management of cereal products (grain, soya bean, seed) with high throughput rates of up to 500TPH, stockpile heights of up to 15 metres (50ft) to reach the highest points in the warehouse.

The TS Features such a large low-tail 20m³ hopper (fed from 3 sides), telescopic conveyor with a max operating angle of 20°. This allows the customer to have maximum flexibility and production within tight warehouse applications.

By eradicating factors like oil spills, gas emissions from diesel wheel loaders and driving over the material resulting in degradation, Telestack has ensured a higher quality product for the customer.

Operational Performance

The success of the unit is particularly evident in the warehouse management of cereal products with throughput rates of up to 2,500tph, stockpile heights of up to 20 metres and a stockpile capacity greater than 100,000 tonnes achieved easily.
