SMT Benin in partnership with Terres Rouges association welcomes a young intern to train him in mechanics.

Terres Rouges has been active in West Africa since 2009. It helps, heals, reintegrates and empowers children and young people at risk in the street by meeting their basic needs, favoring psychosocial support.

One of the association’s projects in Benin is professional training and support for young people. A team follows 30 young people per year throughout their professional apprenticeship journey to autonomy, in partnership with a network of training companies and tutors ready to take on these young people in apprenticeship.

Training is key. The young people supervised by Terres Rouges grew up in difficult conditions; we are delighted to give them the opportunity to work for a large company.
