Turnkey Projects for the harbour technology. The company NEUERO has specialized itself in the pneumatic and mechanical unloading of vessels with unloading capacities from 20 to 1.200 t/h and mechanical ship-loaders of bulk products with capacities up to 3.000 t/h.
Our latest inventions includes direct drive blower systems, power consumption reduction in Pneumatic systems, increasing the efficiency of pneumatic systems optimized material flow in the conveying line.
OUR PORTFOLIO INCLUDES:
| GSD: | Mobile pneumatic suction pressure machines with capacities from 20 t/h to 200 t/h, especially suitable for ship unloading and other flexible operations. |
| SmartPort: | Developed to unload inland waterway ships and barges with a capacity of 200t/h to 400t/h. |
| Multiport: | Single-line pneumatic ship-unloader, either stationary, travelling on rails or on rubber tires, for capacities of 250 t/h up to 800 t/h and is suitable for vessels up to Post-Panamax. |
| Multiport AL: | Specially designed pneumatic unloader for unloading alumina and petroleum coke at capacities of up to 800 t/h. |
| CombiPort: | Combined pneumatic ship-unloader and mechanical loader, designed especially for oil and feed mills. |
| Tower: | Two-line ship-unloader, with optional mechanical loading system if required, weighing system and bobcat hoist, unloading capacities of up to 1.200 t/h for agricultural products as well as for alumina and petroleum coke. |
| Flexiport: | Specially designed pneumatic unloader with a hydraulically driven loosening and feeding device for agricultural, non free flowing foodstuffs. |
