830 E Demolition Vario Tool Only one machine for the entire demolition

Demolition work with the 830 Vario Tool demolition excavator

During the demolition of an old supermarket in Hunderdorf, the construction company Stoabau relied on the high-performance SENNEBOGEN 830 E Demolition Vario Tool. With its new earthmoving equipment, versatile attachments, and flexibility, the machine efficiently and economically mastered all demolition and follow-up work – from selective dismantling to foundation removal.

Earthmoving equipment with a 12-meter reach

For the project in Hunderdorf, where a supermarket building that had been vacant for years was completely demolished, the Lower Bavarian company Stoabau opted for the SENNEBOGEN 830 E Demolition Vario Tool , provided by the SENNEBOGEN sales company. This machine was a deliberate choice – thanks to its compact design, its enormous operational flexibility, and the newly introduced earthmoving attachment with a 12-meter reach and the matching 1.7 m³ digging bucket.

CANCELING AND SORTING WITH A MACHINE

The first step involved the selective dismantling of the building. Using demolition grapples , pulverizers, and shears , steel beams, concrete components, and other building materials were efficiently separated and sorted. Thanks to the fully hydraulic quick coupler, the machine operator could switch between the required attachments in a very short time – without any additional waiting time or conversion effort.

After the above-ground part of the building was dismantled, a powerful hydraulic hammer was used. The SENNEBOGEN 830 E Demolition took over the demolition of the base slab and the crushing of massive concrete foundations.

The Maxcab spacious cab with its standard elevating cab ensured optimal visibility throughout the entire operation , thus increasing safety and providing ideal comfort for the driver.

Demolition machine and earthmoving machine in one

A particular highlight of the project was the seamless transition from demolition to earthmoving: With its new backhoe bucket, the SENNEBOGEN demolition excavator also carried out the leveling of the ground and the excavation for the subsequent new construction. This allowed Stoabau to complete the entire project economically with just one machine – from the initial demolition edge to the site ready for construction.

The new earthmoving equipment with the selectable boom position enabled a digging depth of up to 5 meters – ideal for removing deep-lying foundation parts.

“With the SENNEBOGEN machine, we were able to implement every step of the dismantling process in a very short time.”

The project in Hunderdorf demonstrates the flexibility of the SENNEBOGEN 830 Demolition Vario Tool in responding to changing requirements in urban deconstruction. The combination of a robust machine design, quick attachment changes, and high performance in demolition and earthmoving not only saves time and money but also significantly reduces logistical effort .

A real asset for this project, agrees Max Oischinger, driver of the 830 E Demolition and also head of Stoabau: “With the SENNEBOGEN machine, we were able to implement every step of the demolition process in a very short time. Demolition and sorting went without a hitch. The icing on the cake was being able to use the same machine to pull foundations at the end .”
