360 G IMPRESSIVE CYCLE TIMES AT THE RECYCLING YARD

Telehandler in heavy-duty use saves almost 50% fuel

Speed, precision, and efficiency are crucial in waste disposal operations – especially when large quantities of material have to be moved in a short time. During a trial run of the SENNEBOGEN 360 G telehandler at B.E.B. bewegt, a Berk Recycling GmbH company, it became clear just how much power is packed into this compact and well-designed machine. The 360 G impressed particularly with its cycle times and fuel consumption, proving its strengths in everyday handling operations.

FROM MIXED RESIDUAL WASTE TO BULKY WASTE AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS

The 360 G was used for a wide range of tasks at B.E.B.: Around 30% of the daily volume consisted of mixed residual waste, including tires and bulky waste, which was loaded directly onto trucks. 70% was coarse construction waste, which was conveyed to a screening plant and then transported away as finer bulk material for further processing. The telehandler offered the necessary flexibility for both tasks – thanks in part to its compact design and powerful lifting capacity.

In a direct benchmark: telescopic handler versus wheel loader

The performance in the one-hour cycle time test was particularly impressive. Equipped with a 2 cubic meter bucket, the SENNEBOGEN 360 G achieved an average cycle time of just 59 seconds. In doing so, it moved an impressive 116 cubic meters of material within an hour.

A wheel loader in a direct benchmark test took an average of 1 minute and 26 seconds per cycle under the same conditions, moved only 84 cubic meters per hour, and consumed about 58% more fuel per cubic meter handled than the 360 G.

Significantly faster and more economical – 360 G with top cycle time

The result: 30% faster cycle time38% more material handled per hour and almost half the fuel consumption per cubic meter. A real productivity gain for material handling at the recycling plant.

Manoeuvrable in confined spaces

Thanks to the elevating Multicab, the driver enjoys optimum all-round visibility at all times – a clear advantage when feeding screening plants and loading trucks. In combination with its precise controls and compact design, the 360 G proves that heavy equipment can also be flexible and efficient.

“The 360 G is like a Swiss Army knife…

… unbeatable when loading trucks in confined spaces. Exactly what we need in our everyday work.”

47 % less specific fuel consumption compared to a wheel loader

Heavy duty can also be efficient and precise

During testing at the recycling facility of B.E.B. bewegt, an experienced partner for demolition, processing, and material logistics, the SENNEBOGEN 360 G proved that heavy duty can also be efficient and precise. With its fast cycle time, economical consumption, and high maneuverability, the telehandler is a true all-rounder.
